Rules of the exchange for posting member: You must be registered as a qualified business or broker in good standing and agree to the terms of the exchange. You must submit your offer as the exchange requires, if approved your project will be posted. Once you start receiving contacts and they turn into transactions you must pay your finders fee to the exchange at the close of your transaction, we will then forward the fee to member finder. Rules of the exchange for the finder member: You must register with the exchange, its free You must register only qualified contacts that you have spoken to and who are willing to speak to the individual who posted the transaction. You must register the contact on the web site and follow the progress from your administration page PLEASE READ: Biz connection does perform a review of all members but can not guarantee that transactions that are generated from the use of the exchange will be fulfilled to the terms of the agreements.
